Two Important Messages From the BCOA

Dear BCOA Members:

Stage III judge election ballots are in the mail to all voting members.  The ballots were inadvertently mailed without including the voting member(s) address on the outer return envelope. Before mailing your ballot, PLEASE write the name(s) of each voting member on your return envelope, but do NOT write or sign your name(s) on the inner envelope marked "ballot."

Any ballots received without a return address will be invalid.  If you have already returned your ballot and did not write your return address, please contact Mary K. Quinnett at MK@quinnett.net for another ballot to be mailed to you.  Because of this hiccup in procedure, the deadline for judge election will be extended to October 31, 2011.

If you have any questions or concerns about the voting process, please contact Mary K. Quinnett at MK@quinnett.net before mailing your ballot so you can be assured your vote will be counted.
