Important Renewal Messages

Dear BCOA Member,

Happy New Year!

First, the 2011 BCOA ELECTRONIC Renewals were sent on Friday, December 31, 2010 (mailed renewals were sent by snail mail earlier - this does NOT affect snail mail renewals).

Due to a glitch in Microsoft Outlook - discovered today - it is possible not every electronic renewal was sent.

If you have NOT received an email from the BCOA Treasurer titled:  BCOA 2011 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL with an attached word document - please notify the Treasurer IMMEDIATELY!! so that we can rectify this matter.

Secondly, the BCOA Treasurer has received numerous online versions of the member renewal form WITHOUT corresponding payment via PAYPAL.

If you have sent your renewal but did not also send a PAYPAL payment, or you sent the paperwork via email but plan to send your payment via snail mail, please note that your renewal will NOT be processed until after payment is received.

If you have sent an online membership renewal and you have paid via PAYPAL (and have received conformation from PAYPAL for your payment) this announcement DOES NOT apply to you.
