BCOA Announcement

Dear BCOA Member,

After serving BCOA for many, many years, Carol Webb [CA] has resigned from her position as a current board member and has also rescinded the acceptance of her nomination for the 2013 Board of Directors.  Jackie Jones [OR] has accepted the vacant Director position and will serve for the remainder of 2012.

Carol's contributions will be missed and the Board of Directors wishes the very best in her future endeavors.

Due to the loss of Carol's nomination for next year, the nominating committee reconvened and submits the following slate for 2013 board members and officers:

EXTENSION FOR NOMINATIONS

Due to the late publication of the July 2012 Bulletin Board, the deadline for submission of additional nominees for the 2013 Board of Directors has been extended to allow petitions to be postmarked to the Secretary's regular address prior to August 25, 2012 and to include petitions received not later than August 31, 2012 even if it is not a mail delivery day.

JUDGES SELECTION STAGE 2 FORM REVISION

On the BCOA Judge Selection Process Stage 2 - Refinement form (for 2014 Sweepstakes and 2015 Regular Classes) that was included in the most recent Bulletin Board Newsletter, Dr. Thomas Kirstein was inadvertently listed under the Sweepstakes 2014 judges.  He should have been listed under the Regular Classes 2015 judges.  The Stage 2 form has been updated and the revised form is now available on the BCOA website.  To go directly to the form, click here.
