Dear BCOA Member,
The Election of Officers and Board of Directors for 2016 Ballot packet was mailed from the office of the Secretary, from Wilmington, IL on Saturday, September 12, 2015. If your ballot does not arrive in a timely manner or for any Ballot issues, contact Janet Ketz-Secretary, jlketz@aol.com or call 815-325-5908 and leave a message, as soon as possible. Ballots to be valid must be postmarked PRIOR TO Thursday, October 15, 2015 and received NO LATER THAN Tuesday, October 21, 2015.
The Judge Selection Ballot mailing date has been extended. The Judge Selection Ballot mailing date of September 15 has been changed to October 15. Complete information will be included in the October Bulletin Board Newsletter. Questions can be sent to jlketz@aol.com
The Bylaws Amendments Ballots were sent to Inspector of Election, Richard Schmidt, for tally. Results should be available for the October Bulletin Board Newsletter.
2015 National Specialty is fast approaching! There is still time to donate an item to the Auction. Advance notice of your donations can be sent to Julie Hartigan jahartigan1@yahoo.com If you plan to ship any auction donations, please contact Julie for mailing address.
