NOTE- there will be NO Reinstatements or Precertifications at this trial.  
All Reinstatements & Precertifications MUST be completed before the trial. 
Also there will be no practice runs on the field.

Note: Please be aware that September Texas temperatures are in the high 80s and 90s. Before entering running events, be sure your hound is in top running condition and able to recover quickly after in the heat. There will be water available for the hounds to be cooled in, but an unconditioned hound could be put in a jeopardy in the heat. It is our desire to keep all hounds safe, but owners must determine if hounds are conditioned properly.

Entry Fee:  $15 per hound

NOTE- The race field is next to the pavilion area, so shade will be available.  E-Z Ups will be permitted in specified areas (must allow for emergency vehicle access). The ranch will have a concession stand in the pavilion area, average price $2/drink, $6-$8/food.
